Happy Monday!
I'm getting my fingers inky in the stamp room this evening. This card is the result of participating in the latest craze in card making, called Mystery Stamping!
The host of the Mystery Stamping gives a list of all the cardstock, stamps, ink and other supplies you will need to make the card, including the measurements for the cardstock pieces and general guidelines for which colors to use.
At the scheduled time, the host goes on either YouTube live or Facebook live and gives you the "clues", step by step instructions for how to stamp and assemble the pieces. You don't get to see them make a card, you just get the clues.
Following the clues produces a finished card, and then the host will show the card that they made. They usually ask those who participated to post photos of their cards somewhere so we can see all the possibilities.
It's so much fun because each person's card turns out well, no matter how different from the original card. AND you get to use the stamps, ink and cardstock that you already have on hand.
The card in the photo was created with today's Mystery Stamping by Sharon Armstrong, but there are more and more stampers who are offering Mystery Stamping.
Is that something you would like to try?
